Application Instructions:

A married couple needs to complete only one application, otherwise, each occupant over the age of 18 will need to fill out an application.

Application is a .pdf and contains clickable fields, allowing you to fill it out on-screen. Basic versions of Adobe Acrobat and Acrobat Reader only allow for form to be filled out and printed, not saved and emailed.
